    Sweitzer Lake is a shallow lake with depths running to 10 feet deep.  This depth is very consistent throughout the lake and is thus, fine for recreational water sports.  Water clarity is the full 10 feet making for very clean water.  Here is the best thing about the lots - INCREDIBLE WOODS AND HUGE LOTS!  I have to tell you, I see a lot of shoreline and lake lots in my business and these lots are incredibly wooded with mature red pine, birch, and other hard woods.  Lot sizes are enormous at 2.15 Acres to 5.03 Acres.  If you are looking for a great swimming and recreation lake, this is it!  Yes it is a shallow lake, but the woods and setting completely make up for this deficit.
