Gorgeous wooded properties on Bear Creek and the Snake River. All of these lots are fully wooded with the river lots containing sand shorelines of at least 200 feet. Bear Creek is a flowing creek emptying into the Snake River.
These properties are located below the dam and have canoeing access to the St. Croix River only 5 miles away! Fishing is touted to be excellent with large mouth bass and northerns in abundance. Water levels vary throughout the year making this an extremely attractive canoe/kayak river. Dam information will allow for the Cubic Feet per Second information (CFS). If the dam is emptying at 450 CFS, then the river is great for a lazy trip to the St. Croix. If the dam is flowing at 1000+ CFS, then this makes for a wild and exciting ride to the St. Croix.
This is only 90 minutes from the Twin Cities up Highway 35 making the trip fast and easy. Pine City has everything you need on terms of building supplies, groceries, hardware, etc.
