South of Nevis, MN between Park Rapids and Walker off Highway 34.  From Nevis: Follow County Road 13 South off Highway 34 approx 0.7 mile to County Road 33 East (L).  Follow CR 33 East approx 1.5 miles to County Road 119 South (R).  Follow CR 119 South approx 0.5 mile to new tar road on your right.  This is the entrance to the project.
