    Bass & Coffin Lakes are located just north of Outing, MN up majestic County Road 6 north of Crosby, MN.  One of the best known large lakes in the area is Thunder Lake just up the road.  Bass & Coffin Lakes are surrounded by thousands of acres of National, State of Minnesota, & County Land for hunting and recreation.  Each of the lots is extremely unique in the enormous amount of pine and wood cover.  Both lakes support at least 15 feet of water clarity making for some of the cleanest lakes in Minnesota.
